Terms & Conditions

These terms govern bookings for tennis camps operated by RPN Active, official agent of the Rafa Nadal Academy in Thailand (“we”, “us”). By booking a camp you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any participants you register.

1. Bookings & payment

Prices are shown per player in the currency listed for each camp. A place is confirmed once payment is received (or, where offered, once we confirm a reserved place). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before confirming a booking.

2. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are specific to each camp and will be communicated to you. Unless stated otherwise, refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations close to the camp start date. If we cancel a camp, you will be offered a transfer or a full refund.

3. Health, safety & medical

You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies or needs relevant to a participant’s safe participation. In an emergency, and where you cannot be reached, you authorise us to arrange appropriate medical treatment. Participation is at the participant’s own risk and we recommend appropriate personal accident and travel insurance.

4. Conduct

Participants are expected to follow coach instructions and camp rules. We may remove a participant for behaviour that endangers others, without refund.

5. Photography & media

We may take photos and video during camps for participants’ keepsakes and for promotion. If you do not wish a participant to appear in promotional media, tell us in writing before the camp.

6. Changes & liability

We may change schedules, venues or coaches where necessary. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

7. Privacy & contact

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Questions? Contact us by replying to your booking confirmation email.
